Mindy joiner - Secretary

Mindy Joiner, has over eight years of experience working in environmental science, including several years of water quality project support. She is a coastal scientist Moffatt & Nichol and is currently involved in wetland creation and living shoreline projects, where she focuses on habitat creation, regulatory compliance, and public outreach. Ms. Joiner is a Louisiana native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Ecology from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA.
